The Mechatronika conference organizers (ME-O) use the conference registration system to collect the following personal data in accord with the purposes explained in the next section:

Your affiliation
Purchasing and payment information
Authentication data
Author and peer review information
Other information you upload or provide to us

Use of your information

ME-O use your personal information for the following purposes:

To provide support or other services that you have ordered or requested. ME-O may also use your personal information to respond directly to your requests for information, including registration or other specific requests.
To communicate with you about the Mechatronika conference.
To get feedback or input from you (for example through surveys).

Your control of your information

If you are a registered user, you can review, revise, and correct the personal data that you have provided to ME-O via registration page http://regsys.fel.cvut.cz/mechatronika2024/.

Third parties

We do not share your information with any third parties.

Please note that this does not apply to your information provided by you as an author in your paper(s) published in the conference proceedings. The proceedings including your paper (if it is accepted and published in the proceedings) may be sent to libraries, databases (IEEE, Scopus, Web of Science or others) or to other organizations/persons.
